The 20 Booked Quotes Guarantee: terms

The promise

If you meet the terms below and fewer than 20 quotes are booked in your calendar by day 60, Optics Media keeps working for you with no management fee until 20 are booked. Ad spend remains your cost throughout.

What counts as a booked quote

A homeowner in your agreed service area, interested in a battery or solar system, with a confirmed on-site or phone quote in your calendar. It counts whether or not you win the job. Quotes booked from your reactivated old-quote list count toward the 20.

What you agree to

• Keep at least $50 per day in ad spend running for the 60 days, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account.
• Keep at least 5 quote slots open in your calendar each week.
• Attend the quotes that are booked.
• Approve new ads within 48 hours of them being sent to you.
• Supply your list of past unsold quotes during setup.

Territory

We work with one battery installer per agreed service area while your agreement is active.

Fees and term

The first 90 days are paid upfront as agreed in your service agreement. After 90 days the service continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No long-term lock-in.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The signed service agreement sets out the full terms and takes precedence if anything here differs.
